STRENGTH CHALLENGE Next Challenge October 2019

The Perfect 6 Week Challenge Training Block to build unmatched strength, perfect lifting techniques and learn about injury prevention and nutrition for fuelling your ideal body composition. With capped attendance of 12 participants per sessions, we take small group training up a notch to work closely with each member, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency.

Meticulously programmed by Strength and Conditioning experts, then delivered and tracked through our easy to use mobile app, you can see your progress in lifts as you go. With Men's and Women's specific Meal Guides personalised by body type to optimise your performance.

We will provide ongoing support through our private Facebook group, teach injury prevention and rehabilitation and create a team environment to ensure that you can find a new best.
